Your safety

Our concern for the needs of our patients has led to the adoption of strict infection control procedures as part of our daily routine.  Universal precautions are exercised on each and every patient to ensure your safety as well as ours.

We either meet or exceed the British Dental Association’s suggested guidelines for cross infection.
We also adhere to the rules governing our profession by the General Dental Council, UK

We obtain a complete and thorough medical history of each patient, wash our hands with anti-microbial soap, wear new gloves for every patient, wear protective masks and eyewear and use rubber dam routinely on 95% of our restorative procedures.

After treatment, we dispose of all paper and plastic items, scrub and sterilise all instruments (including dental handpieces), and disinfect the treatment room.
