A very popular permanent procedure, veneers are similar to artificial fingernails that are made of pre-formed laminate (porcelain), and are bonded onto the front of a tooth.

They are sometimes used to achieve minor ‘orthodontic’ alignment. 

Veneers can change the shape, colour, size and position of a tooth.  The porcelain is very tissue compatible and long term there is no discolouration.
